Barnett Berry is founder and CEO of the Center for Teaching Quality (CTQ), which launched the nation’s first virtual network of teacher leaders in 2003. He is currently serving in a role as visiting professor for a doctoral seminar on the future of professional learning systems at the University of Kansas School of Education.
